Etched glass Tribeca
I recently completed two windows for a private residence in Tribeca. The space had a nice, uncluttered, Japanese feel so we tried to keep that feel in the glass design. The falling fall leaves were inspired by leaves impression the client had meshed into the bathroom cement floor. Etched glass gives privacy and lets light in at the same time.

Etched Glass Brooklyn: Waterfall Mirror
This was a great project. An etched mirror with a waterfall down the front. We etched (removed) the silver from behind the glass, lit with LED and then built the waterfall.
It was a great success.

Etched Glass Brooklyn, NY
Etched glass window. 632 Hudson Street NYC. (One of four) Etched glass is great in that it lets in light and provides privacy at the same time. These were design for a beautiful event space in NYC. The design was taken/ based off an old piece of furniture the client owned. My studio serves all surrounding boroughs with offices in both NYC and Brooklyn.

Etched Glass NYC: Bathroom Windows
How I work: I am one of the few glass guys who still does 90% of my work by hand as opposed to computer plotters and pre-made stencils. To me, this is the fun part of glass. These are for a private home in Tribeca, NYC. Two windows for a bathroom. The top piece is an Asian fish design influenced by a japanese scroll painting and the lower piece is based off falling maple leaves (and one oak leaf) to match a design off the bathroom inlaid floor. The client has approved the art so I will now proceed to etch.

Etched Glass NYC
I was asked to etch and install five "circle top" windows by a Rabbi in Brooklyn. I only had two days to design, etch and install all five because he wanted for Passover. Etched glass works well because it allows for a lot of light while also providing privacy. The Rabbi wanted the windows to be completely etched for maximum privacy. In the end he was very happy with the work and the fact I made the deadline.
